We have some great news on the Silver State event. Until just a few weeks ago, our agreement for the 2025 Silver State allowed us only one day to set up the entire event. That is 2 tracks fully built, rolled, piped along with announcer booth build, banners, staging tables, pit lanes, an entire pit area with tables, move in, electricity etc…HUGE challenge but one that we accepted as we are making it happen no matter what!!! Initially we were scheduled to be a Tuesday thru Saturday event because they had another event that needed to move into our space on Sunday evening. I flew to Vegas t2 weeks ago to have a pre planning meeting and to discuss the logistics of such a big challenge and they revealed to me that the other event that was supposed to move in to our area is NO LONGER going to be there !! So, We are now able to have our regular event days again, Wednesday thru Sunday with the same schedule we always have, thank goodness lol. I know this might be an inconvenience to some and I’m hoping this is soon enough notice to change a return flight if needed. I also have the new DISCOUNT CODE for the rooms! I will post at the bottom the link and I will make a separate post just for that as well.
Thank you everyone and we are so looking forward to seeing everyone at the 2025 Silver State Indoor World Championships!!! Remember to sign up early as it will SELL OUT! There are only 700 spots this year so don’t wait until last minuter to ensure your spots.
