Camping at the track:

I would encourage everyone to bring your own generator if you have an rv. There are limited rv outlets. Last year we plugged into the spider boxes and it eventually gets overloaded and trips the main breaker to ALL of the power. We will supply power for all of the pits, Manufacturers Row and trackside but not for all of the RV’S to plug into.  The A/C’s and microwaves, heaters etc. are too much for the spider boxes we provide. So, if you have a generator, please bring it!

Camping fees:

Overnight camping is $40.00 per night, no hookups.

$50.00 per night for the few limited spots with power.

All of the camping fees go to the fairgrounds.

We will be collecting on move in day, Tuesday March 10th. all fees are to be paid in full before the event starts.

RV drop off:

You can drop off your rv as early as Saturday before the event (March 7th), open all day as well as Sunday and Monday. Please be sure to pay when you drop it off. You will need to pay for all the nights you are staying in it. Contact 951-902-9319 when you arrive.

Manufacturers Row Team Set up: 

Manufacturers Row and Team set up in that area is 2pm to 8pm on Tuesday. March 10th. Please see Anthony Howarth or Joey C when you arrive. No MFR Row set up before 2pm on Tuesday.

Car parking for the event:

Car parking for the event will be different this year! We are having the majority of the cars be parked in the grass field along with the rv’s this year. The fire marshal requested that we limit the amount of cars around the MFR Row area and covered awnings. You can pull in from the BMX gate entrance. Follow the parking directions from the parking attendant to park in the field area. When leaving from the field area you will exit following the exit signs. We hope to make the flow if in and out traffic more safe and less congested. Thank you for your help and cooperation with this 🙂

Racers with kids:

If you are someone with kids at the event, PLEASE keep an eye on your kids. In the past, there are kids that are free to roam and end up climbing on the containers, carnival rides and going into places that are restricted at the fairgrounds.  I have talked to the parents before and we will be requiring that your children stay close to you and not roam freely and get into things they are not supposed to. Thank you for helping with this and we are looking out for the safety of the kids! We are not able to look after them! Thank you for your help with this also!

Practice track:

We are providing a “Practice track”.  It will be on the right hand side of the main track and is a small, simple track area so you can tune or break in a motor, test your car after repairs and just stay warm and ready to race! It is $40.00 for the entire week. You can purchase a wristband at the track or online on the sign up page under “add ons”. It is separate from the big track and everyone gets practice on the big track as part of your entry! The “Practice track” is just for fun and tuning if needed and a wristband is required.
